Modular Design Full-Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig for HQ80m / NTW200m / BTW30m Holes
Introduction
Our TD 300 full hydraulic core drilling rig has the strong drilling capability with a drilling depth of up to 300m at a 60mm diameter. In addition, our core drilling rigs are highly efficient when working with NTW and HQ holes. It is modular in design and consists of 13 modules. The heaviest module weighs 180kg, making it ideal for drilling in complex and difficult-to-access areas such as mountains.

Application
Our TD300 core drilling rigs are used in a wide range of applications. For example: geological prospecting exploration; debris flow and landslide and other disaster management survey; railway, highway, hydraulic engineering survey and so on.
Main component
1, Engine
Our rig is powered by a three-cylinder motor, and the power of each part can reach 18.3Kw.
2, Hydraulic oil tank
(1) 21Mpa/max, 210L/min water cooling hydraulic oil tank.
(2) It uses anti-pollution quick joints to ensure that the hydraulic system is not contaminated during rig installation and removal.
3. Drill rig frame
(1) Rod structure, no mast design, universal double rod system, 45-90 degrees adjustable drilling angle
(2) Cylinder lifting, the feed stroke is 1.83m, the maximum push force is 30KN, and the lifting force can reach 100KN (double cylinder 50KN*2)
(3) The universal double support structure has a spatial triangular structure with the feed beam. It is guaranteed to be stable and reliable at any angle. The top block is made of polymer rubber material, which has high friction, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Drilling tools
The thin-wall drilling tools provides a stable drill system for the platform, with the drilling machine up to 1500rpm and 2mm clearance, the average daily drilling depth can reach 70m, the fastest daily drilling depth can reach 150m, and the drilling accuracy is high. The core rate can reach 99%.
