Description:
STD-UMD series underground drills are new generation of digital drill products for the requirement of modern mining technology according to combining conventional experience has used on similar drilling rig with advanced hydraulic and program-controlled technology. They are preferred equipment for large diameter long-hole mining method because of their compact structure, safety, efficiency, high reliability, durability, comfortable operation, and convenient maintenance.

Load-sensing hydraulic system
The hydraulic systems that adopt the technology of load sensing control, multiple filtering and the proportional solenoid control are characterized by saving energy and efficiency, high intelligent degree, strong anti-pollution capability and high stability and reliability.The underground drills have been installed RCS2.0 intelligent control system with safety protection, automatic operation, fault detection, data storage, internet communications, digital display and other functions, (see specification of RCS2.0 intelligent control system).
Compact structure
They are safe to work in small mining field(2500 mm high) and walk in narrow roadway(1700 mm wide and 1800 mm high); they can be quickly disassembled into three units(maximum size: 3100 * 1300 * 1300 mm3), and easy to transfer by the tank.
Cartridge wheels with independently driven
Four wheel components adopted modular design can be disassembled fast. So they can be easy to put into the tank.
